Processing & Shipping


6. How long does it take to process an order?

Processing time depends on the item and design complexity. Most orders take 3-5 business days before shipping. Rush orders may be available for an extra fee.


7. What shipping options do you offer?

We offer standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. Stay tuned for international shipping updates!

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text.




Returns & Refunds


10. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we made a mistake. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.


11. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo of the product and packaging within 48 hours, and we’ll resolve the issue.
